Our
experienced Project Managers are usually involved at
an early stage and see projects through to completion.
Once
the delivery phase for the F&E package commences,
it is their responsibility to coordinate the programmed
deliveries from all supply sources with the on-site
logistic/assembly team. Tight control is kept over
suppliers to ensure that the overall work programme
is maintained.

Problem
solving skills enable us to overcome the inevitable
deviations from plan. The most important consideration
when problems arise is to overcome the difficulty as
quickly and effectively as possible. Our Project Managers
are highly trained to minimise the affect of any difficulties
and to take action to rectify matters.
Both
they and the logistic/installation team staff used
on site are CSCS (Construction Skills Certification
Scheme) accredited and we routinely provide all relevant
documentation to comply with site Health and Safety
requirements. |
