Returns & Refunds Policy
At Nortek Group, we take pride in the quality of our products and services. However, we understand that there may be occasions where a return or refund is required. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning goods and requesting refunds.
Returns Eligibility
You may be eligible to return items under the following conditions:
– The item is unused and in its original condition and packaging
– The return is requested within 14 days of delivery
– Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is provided
Please note that custom-made, special-order, or bespoke items are not eligible for return unless faulty.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Inspection & Approval
All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item is not in its original condition, damaged, or shows signs of use.
If the return is approved, we will notify you and process the applicable refund or replacement.
Refunds
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days using the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for funds to appear in your account. If you have paid by credit card the 2% card fee will not be reimbursed.
Refunds will be issued for the cost of the product only. A 50% restocking charge will be issued on the total price of the goods. Delivery and installation charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If you receive a product that is faulty or damaged upon delivery, please notify us within 48 hours. We will arrange for a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.
Photographic evidence may be required to support your claim.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable unless faulty:
– Custom or bespoke products
– Items that have been installed (unless installed by Nortek Group and found faulty)
– Products not in original condition or packaging
Installation & Warranty Note
Please note: Any product that has been installed by a third party or outside of Nortek Group’s specialist installation service is not covered under our installation warranty and is not eligible for return due to installation issues.
